1. Eligibility for Return:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Customized products (e.g., products with personalized embroidery or printing) are not eligible for returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Used products or items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

• Once approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

4. Refund Process:

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
